This policy explains what information Rally Media ("we," "us") collects through gorallymedia.com and related pages, and how we use it. Short version: we collect what you give us to do business with you, we use standard analytics, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

• Information you give us — when you fill out our booking or onboarding forms: your name, business name, email, phone, business details, and any photos or content you upload for a website project.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to payment processing.
• Analytics — we use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to collect standard usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device type, how you found the site). This helps us understand how people use the site. It does not identify you personally to us.

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and provide the services you sign up for.
• To build and maintain client websites (content and photos you provide are used on your website).
• To communicate with you about your project and account by email, phone, or text.
• To understand and improve how our website performs.

What we don't do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We do not share your information with third parties except the service providers needed to operate (e.g., Stripe for payments, our hosting and database providers, Google Analytics) — each under their own privacy protections.
• We do not send spam. If you text or email us to stop, we stop.

• You can browse the site without filling out any forms.
• You can decline or clear cookies in your browser to limit analytics.
• You can ask us anytime what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.

Data retention & security

We keep client information for as long as needed to provide services and meet ordinary business and legal requirements, then delete it. We use reputable providers (Cloudflare, Stripe, Supabase, Google) with industry-standard security to store and process data.
