Service Agreement & Terms of Service

These terms (the “Agreement”) govern the services provided by Rally Media. By checking the acceptance box and completing checkout for the Monthly Plan, the purchaser (the “Client”) agrees to this Agreement. The Agreement is effective as of the date of checkout.

1. Parties

2. Services Included

The website typically includes multiple pages built for the Client’s trade (home, services, service areas, reviews, FAQ, contact/quote). Target launch is within 7–10 business days of the Provider receiving the Client’s onboarding information.

3. Fees & Payment

Monthly Plan (all-inclusive)$300 / month — first month charged at checkout; renews automatically each month
Setup / build fee$0 — design and build of the website are included in the Monthly Plan
Payment methodSecure card payment via Stripe; the Client keeps a valid payment method on file
TermMonth-to-month — no long-term contract; cancel anytime

5. Revisions & Timeline

The build includes two rounds of consolidated revisions before launch. The Provider will make reasonable efforts to meet target dates; timelines depend on the Client providing content, feedback, and payment on time, and Client-caused delays may shift the schedule.

7. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Provider will perform the services in a professional manner. Except for that, the services are provided “as is.” The Provider does not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, traffic, or revenue. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Provider’s total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount the Client paid the Provider in the three (3) months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. General

Acceptance. Checking the “I agree” box and completing checkout constitutes the Client’s electronic acceptance of this Agreement, with the same force as a written signature. A copy of these terms is available anytime at gorallymedia.com/terms.
